Controller / Head of Finance (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities include:

As Finance Manager, you will report directly to the management team at Fruitful Office GmbH.

Financial accounting
Financial analysis and reporting
Leading and coordinating the accounting teams
Financial analysis and reporting
Cost management and controlling
Process optimization
Forecasting and planning

Here’s what will impress us:

You have a degree in business administration, controlling, or a comparable qualification
We require at least three years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the consumer goods or industrial goods sector
You have experience in the role of a Finance Manager, with full responsibility for preparing monthly financial statements and leading an accounting team
You are characterized by strong analytical skills, a high degree of precision, and an eye for detail
You possess excellent organizational and time management skills
You have a very good command of both spoken and written German and English
Proficiency in MS Excel and the DATEV financial accounting software is a given for you

A starting annual gross salary of €85,000 (full-time)
